Race Karts
|
The karts we use for teaching are built according to International Karting Federation (IKF) racing specs, taking popular local-club race classes into consideration.
Though karts are less complex than full-sized racing cars, they have all the on-track dynamics of million dollar racing machines... They understeer, oversteer, accelerate, brake and respond to smooth driving just like an Indy car. Driving them is fun, but serious and intense.
Comer K125
|
The engines that are used for the school karts operate in the 5,000 to 13,000 RPM range and produce between 10 to 20 horsepower.
The engine that is shown is a Comer K125 - 125cc piston port, with built-in dry clutch.
